Kiel Larsen
Co-Founder and Co-CEO
Kiel Larsen is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Bridgeway Holdings. Kiel leads Bridgeway’s operational strategy, drawing on a background in supply chain, manufacturing, and business operations to build scalable, durable businesses. He has been instrumental in developing the operating infrastructure behind Bridgeway’s platforms, including the growth of Clarity Salt into a multi-location distribution network. His approach emphasizes practical execution, disciplined processes, and long-term value creation.
Prior to co-founding Bridgeway, Kiel held operational roles at Apple, General Electric, and Ecolab. He began his career in GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program and went on to serve in a range of leadership positions across manufacturing and supply chain. At Apple, he supported business operations during the launch of several products, and later led distribution procurement at Ecolab.
Kiel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from Boston College. He lives in Edina, Minnesota with his wife and two children.
